The Ocean County Saint Patrick’s Day Parade features Pipes en mass. Pipes en mass occurs when after passing the review stand all pipe and drum units wait and then re-form into one massive unit and march back South along the Boardwalk 1 block East of main parade route. This is called marching “en mass’.
